| Rating: 6 / 10 The band was founded in 1999 in Wurzburg. In 2002 they recorded a demo and in 2003 they sighned a contract with Black Attack records. The album "To the Seven" is their first one and is a concept album that has to do lyrically with the fall of a fictive society. As for the music there are a lot of melodies combined with brutality and we can say that what they play is a mixture of black thrash with death metal touches and a lot of brutality. The production is not and spoils the result which could have been better if the whole sound was clearer. Also in some fast moments they get confused and loose their rythym. There are some good ideas but they should work them more for the second album and mostly they should work on the production. I liked the changes from thrash pace to melodic slower acoustic parts and since they know how to play music they should pay attention to the sound and leave behind the undregroung sounding standards. 20.07.2004 - Vagelis Krommydas |
