| This is one of the most devastating albums of the month! Starting with an enigmatic riff, the band soon gets into the bestial black/death metal. And there is a heavy combination of black/death metal vocals with interesting heavy/power metal riffs that add a lot of power to Apokrypha´s music. This riffs reminded me of some of Arch Enemy´s tracks and I really loved them because they give a lot of strength to the compositions here. There is a contrast between some climatic moments and the heavier aprt...and this clash of feelings is another trademark of the band´s music. The vocals are real extreme and add a lot of the black/death metal feeling to the music I have to remark the excellent sound that this recording has where each instrument hits you in the head like a hammer, exploding your brain with their sheer aggression.
